Modern rooms with cozy double beds. the local staff here really care about guests and go the extra mile to make sure you have a great stay. 🌟

I would recommend this venue and would want to stay there again. I would say it's ideal base for staying and exploring Bryson City. A special thanks to knowledgeable staff.

Had really great stay for a family vacation.

We had a great time at this new hotel, and the breakfast offered a good variety including bagels.

The staff at Sleep Inn-Bryson City was extremely efficient and responsive. The hotel is clean; beds were comfortable; breakfast was tasty with many healthy options; WiFi worked great; location is easy to get in and out of and easy access to much of the southern part of the Smokey Mountains.

Smoking was allowed in the pool area and common spaces. Smoking should not be allowed in any common spaces. The rooms are small for a family of four. In the future we will try for a suite or two rooms.

The rooms were spacious, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a nice shower. I also enjoyed the delicious meals here! 🍴

We could have not been more pleased with this motel. It was litterally 2 minutes from everything but set on a hillside of trees so you felt like you were away from the hustle and bustle...the room did lack a fridge and microwave but they are in the process of getting them put in all the rooms. This was the first comfortable bed and pillows I have ever experianced in a motel. It was clean and bright and the staff were ever so nice and willing to please. We took the train ride through the mountains which you have to do. We went first class and they served a wonderful lunch, drinks, and dessert and the commentary by the server the whole way was so interesting!!! The shops are great and we had superb food from an award winning restaurant right there in town. Not fancy and not pricey. Bryson City and this motel will be done again next year!

Extreme convenience was probably the primary benefit. The inn is very nice. It's centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Bryson City is a charming town as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had motorcycles with sum and the morning towels are a great touch and is sure to win future visits from your customers.

This place is awesome! The rooms are clean and have really comfy queen size beds. The staff is nice and the breakfast is good enough to start your day. The on-site restaurant is a plus, a great way to wrap up our trip 🍳.

Clean and located to where we wanted to go the next day.

Staff very helpful. We had king size room on first floor - bed slept so good - room was nicely decorated. The first thing that impressed me was walking into lobby it smelt and looked brand new. Very clean with good breakfast and only 10 minutes to Cherokee.

The room here is brand-new, beautifully maintained with a large bathroom, and the wifi signal is strong for a smooth connection.

Close to Bryson city center. Not far at all from the Inspirations Park, one exit away. Staff was very nice, breakfasts were good.

Well, we were really surprised that there were no refridgerators & microwaves in the room. But guess what?! The last day we were there, they put a fridge & microwave in our room. Way to go, Sleep Inn!

The facilities were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. Above all, the staff was off the charts - professional, courteous and genuinely concerned that their guests were needs were being met. This is not the attention one is used to in a budget hotel. Even put towels on motorcyclist's bikes in the morning to wipe the dew off their seats. I will be back.
